The Wall on MFSL

Pink Floyd has a incredible array of recordings ranging from Wish You Were Here to Dark Side of the Moon, but the Wall may be their crowning achievement of mobile fidelity.  THE WALL is less a collection of songs than a single work and was one of the most ground breaking achievements in all of rock history.   The songs from the Wall are timeless classics which include Another Brick in the Wall and Comfortably Numb.  This song compilation on a Pink Floyd MFSL recording is one of the finest rock recordings of all time.

Though complex, they move at a relaxed pace, allowing the listener to absorb them slowly.  Like many of the Pink Floyd recordings the CD tells many stories.  The story of repression, happiness and sorrow all come through loud and clear on this amazing rock and roll journey.  This is one of the few recordings that it almost seems incomplete to listen to only a part of the song list.

They were capable of producing the most devastatingly original and brilliant music as you will hear on THE WALL, a true musical masterpiece. Roger Waters, with David Gilmour and producer Bob Ezrin created an unforgettable musical journey.

This Digital Master Recording Ultradisk is a masterful compilation.  The subtle sounds that can only be heard on the gold substrate of the MFSL CDs makes this truely a gem.  When listening to songs like Hey You and Comfortably Numb on a Ultradisk is an unbelievable listening experience.
