Rush Moving Pictures MFSL was released in 1992 and it became an instant classic for the band. The first Rush MFSL album that was released was “Moving Pictures” in 1992. The original album was released on March 12th, 1981 and was the band’s eighth studio album. It’s the highest, most popular-selling album to date at #3 and was certified quadruple-platinum with four million copies having been sold in 1995. “Moving Pictures” was the band’s most radio-friendly format with hits such as “Tom Sawyer” and “Limelight.”

Originally recorded in 1981, the canadian Rock band Rush released Moving Pictures as a change of pace following the success of Permanent Waves. This album showcases the talents of both Niel Peart and Getty Lee on vocals. Tom Sawyer became the all time best selling single for the band and still receives heavy airplay on classic rock stations across the globe.

Rush was a pioneering band that broke the mold by only having a 3 piece core of artists. The band is notorous for playing songs that discuss deep concepts that go beyond the fluff of other rock and roll bands. When you listen to Rush the one thing that is overly clear in the band members are classically trained musicians that have obtained true mastery of their instruments. This may well be the best 3 man rock band of all time.

The tracks on this album include:
